This year, I got to a point that, though I was dirt poor in cash, I was rolling in time. With seemingly nothing to do but worry, it could have been disastrous. Instead, God let me play a game every week (usually I played it on Sunday, the once-a-week snow-day, often referred to as a Sabbath). It's a little different than The Smile Game. Some may call this game count your blessings, I called it "How are You Richer?" I really saw everything that had happened each week as real wealth that God had transferred from his desire treasury to mine. Rarely did the riches have anything to do with money.
"I took three two-hour walks and saw a brilliant waterfall."
"I helped my friend get married."
"The Jesus Storybook Bible has 50 new followers on Twitter."
"People from ten different countries visited my blog."
"I had four great conversations with special people in my life."
