How do you say?

This frustration with language is nothing new.
I learned to say when I was two:
"I show you! I show you!"
(and quickly too).
Because without those words I knew
my message wasn't getting through.

And now I'm twenty-two,
and my face is turning blue
searching for a word, a drill, to screw
all the wrong words right through
the rusted wordsfor all they do
is keep me walled from knowing you.

I love this! Can you please write children's books? You utilize rhyme in a straight and simple way that really works here. :)

Umm...yes! I would love to do that. I am looking at children's publishing right now, so as I figure out the industry I'll keep writing.
